Venture called RedBox Instant (RBI) with a Vision to create a Synergy (B2B)
between the two big Companies in the Business of distribution of Digital
Media. Verizon Communications with its State-of-the-Art FiOS (Fiber Optics
Systems), the fastest Mass Digital Transmission Network coupled with the all
present DVD and Blu-Ray Discs Distribution points through Kiosks at all
